I had thought about trying to grow them in vertical towers but decided against it because we would need such a large number of them to grow any decent amount of potatoes. One of the areas that I struggle in as I try to be a good stewardly farmer is the amount of work that I try to get done each day. My tendency is to look at all that I want to get done, write up an optimistic to do list for the day, and then run around frantically trying to get it all done, and end the day disappointed because I didn’t. However, I don’t think this is what God desires for his farmers.
