For a while, I have been looking for a good instructional DVD for healthy cooking, to be able to recommend to others. I’ve found what I was looking for. In this Summer Edition of “A Fresh Start,” Melissa, the chef, prepares 14 meals from start to finish, in over 2 hours of footage. As the back cover of their DVD shares, the meals are designed to be “efficient,” “nutritious,” “well-balanced,” and suitable for “both beginners and health veterans.” I learned so much from the tutorials, and loved their nutritional philosophy.
